A: We are a factory established in 2003 in Shenzhen Guangdong; and we have a professional production team of over 200 workers. Your visit is warmly welcome.
2. Q: How does your factory do quality control?
A: All the products will go through five steps of QC before leaving the workshop, no matter it is a sample or mass production.
3. Q: What’s your minimum order quantity?
A: Our MOQ is 10 pieces and we welcome your sample order.
4. Q: Can I get everything customized here?
A: Definitely yes; just kindly advise us your special demands, we’ll get the job done.
5. Q: What’s your sample policy?
A: We can customize sample according to your requirements, the sample cost is refundable. We will return different proportion of sample fee to you based on the quantity of your mass order.
6. Q: Can you replicate my sample if I provide you one?
A: Yes if you give us fabric details, PMS and vectored logo file.
7. Q: When we create the artwork ,what kind of format is available for printing?
A: You can choose: PDF, CDR, AI vector files.
8. Q: How long will it take for delivery?
A:Within 10-30 days upon reception of deposit payment generally. It is according to the quantity of bulk order. Or we can try our best to meet your request if there is an urgently demand.
